Winter Punch

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:
15 oz sugar
1 Tsp honey
4 oz water
3 lemons
1 lime
1 orange
14 oz rum
pinch cinnamon powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil down sugar and honey in water, stirring constantly, until it starts to caramelise.
2. Add the juice of lemons and orange, remove from heat and pour in rum.
3. Stir well and serve hot in punch glasses with slices of lime, top with cinnamon.
4. Any left-overs can be stored in tightly closed bottles and reheated.
Do not allow the punch to come to a boil again when reheating.
Homemade Kahlua

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 gal. Vodka
4 cups water
4 cups sugar
5 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup instant coffee
DIRECTIONS:
1. Let water come to boil, add sugar and coffee, stir, let come to boil again.
2. Turn to low, simmer for 15 minutes
3. Add vanilla and vodka, mix all together, let it cool down.
4. Put into dark wine or beer bottles {Grolsch is the best, come with cork on bottle}
5. Store in cool dark place for 30 - 50 days.
6. The longer store, the better taste.

INGREDIENTS:
1 part Mount Gay rum
1 part Galliano
2 parts orange juice
2 parts pineapple juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix altogether in a glass and serve with ice and enjoy the taste of the island.

SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
2 c. Martinelli’s Apple Juice
3 oz. Jack Daniels
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
1 tsp. sugar
2 lemons sliced
2 apples sliced
2 drops Angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium saucepan bring Apple Juice to a boil with cloves, cinnamon, and sugar.
2. Pour Jack Daniels into a heat safe glass with hot apple juice.
3. Add drops of Angostura
4. Garnish in glass with lemon and apple slices.
5. Serve hot and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. white or gold rum
1/2 lime cut into cubes
.5 oz lime syrup
2 tsp. brown sugar
13 leaves of mint
1 bottle of club soda
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large glass crush lime cubes, rum, mint leaves, and sugar.
2. Add crushed ice and finish with club soda.
Pina Colada

INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. White Rum
1 oz. of whipped cream
.5 oz of coconut syrup
6 oz. of pineapple juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all together in a shaker
2. Drain into a glass and fill with ice
3. Garnish with pineapple slice and leaf.

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Absolute Peppar Vodka
1 oz. Bols Melon
2 splashes of Angostura Bitters
3 oz. Cranberry juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Shake all together in shaker and serve in precooled glasses
2. Top with Basil leaf, chili pepper, and 1/2 slice of strawberry
Strawberry Daiquiri

INGREDIENTS:
1,5 oz white rum
1,5 oz cointreau
0,5 oz lime juice
0,5 oz lemon juice
1 tbsp strawberry syrup
1cup crushed ice
DIRCTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm.
2. Pour contents into a cocktail glass, top with the strawberry and slice of lemon, and serve.
Cafe’ Con Leche

SERVINGS: 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups of milk
4 tsp. of your favorite instant coffee
8 tsp. of sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring milk to a boil over medium heat in a saucepan.
2. Stir constantly.
3. When milk begins to boil turn off heat.
4. Add coffee and sugar stir until dissolved.
5. Serve hot.
6. Add whipped cream on top and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
