SERVES:1
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. white or gold rum
1/2 lime cut into cubes
.5 oz lime syrup
2 tsp. brown sugar
13 leaves of mint
1 bottle of club soda
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large glass crush lime cubes, rum, mint leaves, and sugar.
2. Add crushed ice and finish with club soda.
Pina Colada

INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. White Rum
1 oz. of whipped cream
.5 oz of coconut syrup
6 oz. of pineapple juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all together in a shaker
2. Drain into a glass and fill with ice
3. Garnish with pineapple slice and leaf.

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Absolute Peppar Vodka
1 oz. Bols Melon
2 splashes of Angostura Bitters
3 oz. Cranberry juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Shake all together in shaker and serve in precooled glasses
2. Top with Basil leaf, chili pepper, and 1/2 slice of strawberry
Smoked Chicken Sauerkraut Gulash

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 smoked chicken legs
2 medium onions
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
3 tsp. red paprika
2 c. water
1 lb. sauerkraut
1 c. whipping cream
oil
salt
pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Peel chicken meat and cut into large pieces.
2. Glaze onion in a pan with caraway seeds.
3. Add red paprika and fry for a minute.
5. Add water, meat , sauerkraut, salt ,and pepper and bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes.
6. 5 minutes before done add whipping cream.

Steamed Deer Tenderloin with Vegtables on a kabob

SERVES: 4
INGEDIENTS :
1.5 lbs. of deer tenderloin
1/2 lb. baby carrots
1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
fresh basil
salt
olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut meat into thin slices lightly salt and marinade for 30 mins. in olive oil and fine chopped basil.
2. Cut bigger pieces of brussels sprouts in half.
3. On kabob stick put mix of meat, carrots, and sprouts.
4. Lightly brush with olive oil and steam in salted water for 15 mins.

Grilled Honey Banana with Coffee Whipped Cream

SERVING: 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 bananas
4 Tbsp. honey
4 oz. chopped nuts- walnuts or pecans
1 can of any coffee flavored whipping cream
1 package of vanilla sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut bananas in half and grill cut side down for about 2 minutes.
2. When lightly golden brown serve on plate with a drop of honey and put dry roasted nuts on top.
3. Finish with coffee whipped cream and enjoy.
Russian Egg

SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. Mayo
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Yogurt
2 slices of ham
1 clove of pressed garlic
2 slices of fire roasted red bell pepper
2 slices of swiss cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix mayo and yogurt.
2. Add ham, garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Cut boiled eggs in half and put on the bottem of a small bowls.
5. Pour mayo mix over top of the eggs.
6. Top with 2 slices of ham, 1 pickle cut in half, 1 slice of cheese, and bell pepper.

Strawberry Daiquiri

INGREDIENTS:
1,5 oz white rum
1,5 oz cointreau
0,5 oz lime juice
0,5 oz lemon juice
1 tbsp strawberry syrup
1cup crushed ice
DIRCTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm.
2. Pour contents into a cocktail glass, top with the strawberry and slice of lemon, and serve.
Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Prep time: 10min.
Cook time: 20min.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. fresh pumpkin cubed
1 med. onion chopped
1 tsp. powder sugar
2 c. chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. curry
1 c. light sour cream
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
handful of roasted pumpkin seeds
handful of chopped chives
2 tsp. pumpkin oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large saucepan melt sugar.
2. Add pumpkin and onion and let caramelize.
3. Add chicken or veggie broth and let boil.
4. Cook on med heat for 20 min. until pumpkin is tender.
5. Add ginger, curry, salt, pepper, sour cream, and mix all together.
6. Serve hot with pumpkin seeds, drops of pumpkin oil, and chives on top.
Pumpkin Cookies

Cook time: 10-15 min.
INGREDIENTS:
1c. Pumpkin cooked
2c. All purpose flour
3/4 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Stir in eggs and pumpkin.
4. In a separate bowl whisk together flour,baking powder,baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg until well combined.
5. Combine the dry mixed ingredients with the pumpkin mix until well blended.
6. Stir in the chocolate chips last.
7. Drop by tsp. full onto a greased cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 10-15 min. until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool 1 min. before serving.
9. Enjoy with a glass of milk.
